What payment options do you accept for purchases?
Hydas accepts VISA & MasterCard. We also accept ATM or debit cards with the VISA OR MasterCard logo. At this time, we accept personal checks and Money Orders for mail-in purchases only.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
All registered members can view the status of their current and past online orders by accessing the "My Account" area on the website. Should you require additional help tracking your order contact customer service at info@hydas.com. You will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm that you order has been placed with the order number, and another one once the order has been shipped.
Can you ship my order to another address?
All users of Shop Hydas have the option to ship merchandise to one address while billing information goes to another.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
Yes. It is safer to use your credit card on our site than at a mall.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Call us toll-free at 1-800-358-5583, M-F 9am - 5pm EST. To help speed your ordering, please have your credit card ready and the item names & numbers for your selections. We will gladly confirm their availability and advise you of delivery dates. You will not be charged until your order is shipped. To submitt a fax order to 717-533-5548 you must include your address and telephone number along with desired product information.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in PA. Sales tax only applies for PA residents, shipping to PA; a 6% sales tax is automaticly calculated at time of check out.
